August 15, 2026 - Virtual Policy Convention NOTICE - 63 days before - If you did not receive this email, then you are not a current member. Please renew or get a new membership by clicking here!

August 22, 2026 - Draft Policy Convention Agenda

August 22, 2026 - Political Policy Amendment submission NOTICE - 56 days before. Send your amendments to [email protected] before 6 pm on August 22nd.

September 12, 2026 - Virtual Policy Convention reminder to membership. If you did not receive this email, then you are not a current member. Please renew or get a new membership by clicking here!

September 17, 2026 - Must be a member by this date to vote at the Virtual Policy Convention - 30 days before

September 26, 2026 - Political Policy Amendment submission DEADLINE - at least 20 days before

October 3, 2026 - Final political Policy Amendment notification to membership - at least 10 days before (C8.1)

October 10, 2026 - Final Virtual Policy Convention Agenda

October 17, 2026 - Virtual Policy Convention 1 pm to 4 pm - Quorum: the lesser of 25 or 10% of members (rounded up)

December 16, 2026 - Deadline to update and report new political policies to membership (C8.4).
